Calgary Apple Store Has Weekly Drop-in Free Coding Events for Kids
Every week, you can register for interactive and engaging programs at your local Apple Store. They’re a fantastic way to introduce kids to coding, music, and photography.
The classes are a fun after-school activity for kids, and are available after-school on weekends. The hour-long sessions are a fantastic way for the kids to learn something new, and engage with friends.
Don’t have a device? No problem! The devices are supplies during the session for kids to learn and practice the new skills they’ve learned during the drop-in coding session.
Free Drop-in Coding Sessions for Kids at Apple Store
These fun, engaging workshops require you to pre-register ahead of time. Best suited for kids 8-12, the classes offer kids the opportunity to learn to code their own emoji, learn the basics of making an app, creating a theme song for themselves in garage band and learn something new.
